Refund Policy – Booth Booking

1. Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your booth booking. We offer flexible rescheduling options, allowing you to choose a new date and time that suits your needs. There is no fee for rescheduling, and you can do so at any time, subject to availability.

2. Online Booking Refunds:
If you booked the booth online and need to cancel your reservation, a refund may be issued. However, please note that the refund amount will not cover the full online payment costs that have already been incurred by the company. This is to account for transaction fees and other expenses associated with online payments. The refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Cash Payments:
If you booked the booth with cash upon arrival, a full refund will be possible in the event of cancellation. We understand that cash payments do not involve any online payment costs, and we want to ensure that you receive a complete refund in such cases.

4. Refund Request Process:
To request a refund or reschedule your booth booking, please contact our customer support team at +1 (548) 888-3330. Please provide your booking details, including the reservation date and time, as well as the reason for your request. Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the process.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Please note that refunds may not be possible in certain circumstances, such as:
– Failure to notify us of the cancellation or rescheduling in a timely manner.
– Violation of our terms and conditions or misuse of the booth facilities.
– Acts of nature or events beyond our control that render the booth unusable.
